To activate your Lycamobile Internet settings simply follow these steps.
Step 1: Once you buy your Lycamobile Uganda SIM card, contact Customer Services to instantly activate your Mobile Web service on 980 from your Lycamobile.
Step 2: You can then activate internet settings for your device.
For Android and IOS devices simply follow these steps to activate your lycamobile internet settings.
Go to Menu, select Settings and then select Mobile Networks. Take note that this may vary according to your device configurations but the settings are usually the same across all Android devices and IOS devices.

Then select the Mobile Data option and ensure it is turned on
Select Data in roaming and then tap the “Always” button
Then make sure that you have properly configured the APN Settings.
To set the APN Settings manually follow these simple steps;
Step 1: Open Settings on your mobile device.
Step 2: Now open the more menu
Step 3: Then select the cellular networks menu

Step 4: Select the Access Point Names Menu
Step 5: Then tap the “+” icon to add a new APN
Step 6: Now fill in all the required information according to your country.

Make sure to use the following information to activate your Lycamobile internet settings properly.
Name: Lycamobile
APN: data.lycamobile.ru
These are the Lycamobile Uganda APN settings.
These APN settings also work for any other countries where the lyca network is in operation.
Step 7: Finally click the “Save” button to save the APN configuration.
